Mercynyan and Mercynyan Nyan are always good friends and they found a heart cookie.
When they wanted to get it, the butterfly took it first.
They followed the butterfly and got the cookie. However, the Heart Cookie broke in half.
They were angry, but they each ate half. They were surprised it was delicious.
They wanted to eat more and decided to make more.
This recipe in the book was popular when I taught a Cake cooking class before.
These cookies are not so sweet and are known for their crispy texture.

いつも仲の良いメルシーにゃんとメルシーにゃんにゃんはハートクッキーを見つけました。
取ろうとするとお友だちの蝶々に先を越されて取られてしまいました。
追いかけて取り返すことはできたのですが、なんと二つに割れてしまいました。
怒りながら半分になってしまったハートクッキーを食べると、その美味しさに驚き、
もっと食べたくなって一緒に作ることにしました。
絵本に載せているレシピは、以前ケーキ教室開いていた時に作り、とても好評です。
甘さ控えてサクッとした食感にこだわりました。
